We would like to inform you that for hygienic reasons and to protect all of our customers, LED ice cubes in all shapes are excluded from our return policy. The LED ice cubes that are not suitable for return once opened or used for hygiene reasons.

However, if you notice a defective item immediately after receiving the delivery, we ask you to inform us immediately. Please send us a detailed video recording via WhatsApp or email. So that our team can identify what the defect is and that these are items that were ordered from us. These recordings are sent to the manufacturer in addition to improving quality to avoid these problems in the future. We attach great importance to the quality of our products and stand behind you completely. We will of course replace items that are proven to be defective with your next order. Please keep the affected item until then so that we can make the exchange as easy as possible for you.
