How much does participation cost?
The program is completely free for creators. As a merchant, we only pay a 2.9% payment processing fee on generated commissions – no fixed costs.
How much is my commission?
The standard commission is 10% of each net sale. For above-average performance or exclusive content, we can negotiate incremental commissions up to 20% .
When and how will I be paid?
Shopify automatically transfers your earned commissions to your registered Hyperwallet account. Payout cycles are based on the Shopify interval (usually every 15 days).
What requirements do I have to meet?
- Minimum reach: 1,000 followers on a social channel
- Fully verified Collabs profile
- Residence in a country approved by Shopify (including DE, AT, CH, EU)
Can I test products in advance?
Yes. Using the Gifts feature, you can choose from a curated list of free samples. We cover shipping and customs; you simply commit to content within 30 days.
I already use other affiliate links – is that a problem?
No. Shopify Collabs can be run alongside existing programs. Since links and codes are clearly tracked, there are no commission overlaps.
